I still have a lot to learn about funding, so the fee-for-service model that I use with most of my other services doesn't feel right for this topic.
Instead, I'm putting together a cohort of open source projects who are all looking to find funding. We'll learn about different approaches together and try them out in our communities. The cohort structure will allow us to share what we're learning with each other, support each other, and brainstorm fixes to problems together.
I also hope to bring in experts to talk with the cohort and share their expertise.
